WALT: Write using paragraphs

Personal Goal: Use basic Punctuation   

Paragraph 1

Kevin Durant (Golden State Warriors) 

Kevin Durant is the best player right now (September 2019), he gets 26 points per game and he has won 2 MVPs (Most Valuable Player). He is one of the best players of all time. The most points Durant has scored is 54, that is a lot. He is not just good at shooting, he is good at defending as well. He gets 6.4 REB (Rebounds), 5.9 AST (assists) and 1.1 BLK (blocks) per game. His height is  204 meters tall, that means he is 6 foot 7 inches !!! He has played 68 games.

Paragraph 2 

The best team in the NBA is the Golden State Warriors.

This team is stacked with great shooters like: Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, D ́angelo Russell, and many more. They have great defenders as well, such as: Draymond Green. They have won 5 championships and always make the playoffs. 

Paragraph 3

The best dribbler in NBA history is Kyrie Irving  The rest of the NBA seems to agree. “Hands down, Kyrie has the best ball-handling skills that we have in our league.”

Atlanta Hawks All-Star forward Paul Millsap said. “The way he reads defenses, the way he reads your feet, it's unbelievable …”. He also commented that “His biggest asset is his creativity, if he had to score he will, you will break your ankles!”.

A baby named Gertrude went to the Old Town Road. He had a Ouija board, Gertrude was playing the dark themed Ouija board. At the dark scary barn behind the Old Town Road!.  He started to play the Ouija Board then (1 billion) gorillas came out like (BOOM!).  The big fearless gorillas  ran as fast as they can!! To the town when they got there they bombed the whole town then the gorillas ran as fast as they can they were bolting throw the Forest then they start to t bag

Gorillas then they jumped in the poo ponds and started to drink the icky slimy yummy  brown water Suddenly they died... 

By the way  gorilla number 1, gorilla number 2 , gorilla number 3, gorilla number 4,

number 5, gorilla number 6, gorilla number 7, gorilla number 8 gorilla number 9,

gorilla number 10. :)

Sleep Hygiene

WALT: understand what factors promote good sleep

Today we learnt about what factors help us to sleep well and what factors impede sleep. We made a table to show what we had found.

Habits & behaviour to promote sleep
Drink milk before bed


Read before bed


Draw before bed


Listen to soft music


Relax and do something calming


Have the right lit room


Have a regular schedule for sleeping


Leave door open to let heat in


Have a shower or bath before bed (warm/hot)


Habits & behaviour that hinder sleep

Drinking caffeine


Having a lot of light in your room


Using technology before bed


Full or empty stomach
